RESERVATION POLICY:
A security deposit equal to $350 is required to make a reservation, and it will be refunded within seven days of your checkout, pending any damages or extensive cleaning required. Rent is due 30 days prior to arrival date and will be processed on the same credit card unless other arrangements are made. Our home requires a two night minimum, but allow for one night reservations for an extra maintenance fee of $50. For longer term rentals during the winter months, please call or email for discounted rates.
Check in is at 4 PM or later, check out is at 11 AM or earlier. A 20% late check-out fee will be held from the deposit, if no prior arrangements are made. The home or apartment will be clean upon your arrival, but there is no cleaning service provided during your stay. Cleaning supplies and laundry facilities are available for guest use at no charge. It is expected that you and your guests will leave the home clean for the next renters, although our property managers will take care of the laundry and make certain the home or apartment is ready for the next guests.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation of a reservation 30 or more days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. Cancellations made due to non-payment of rent when due will also result in forfeiture of the security deposit. Cancellation of this agreement less than 30 days prior to arrival for any reason will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and 50% of rent.
